U.S. Specialty Insurance, an HCC company, has appointed SCA as its Exclusive National Managing General Agent for Bail surety products in the United States. “We are proud to represent U.S. Specialty and are now able to underwrite surety bail in virtually every state.” announced SCA Founder Russell Faibisch.
SCA has been the National Managing General Agent got American Reliable Insurance and American Bankers Insurance for 25 years. “We are continuing our long standing relationship with American Reliable and American Bankers,” says Faibisch. The addition of USSIC to SCA’s represented companies allows expansion into markets where American Reliable and American Bankers do not write surety bail.
Founded originally as National Surety Services, Surety Corporation of America has become something Russell Faibisch dreamed about when obtaining his bail agent license on May 29, 1968. Forty years later, his expert organization supports hundreds of hand-picked bail agents across the eastern half of nation. After obtaining his General Agent license in 1983, Russell brought American Bankers Insurance Company into the bail bond business in 1984. American Bankers joined American Reliable Insurance Company under the Assurant Group and entered the bail industry in 1996.
