The searches are verified through Attorney's Title Data Information Services (ATIDS) and interpreted and reviewed by an expert in-house title examiner. Both confirmation of ownership and a "Net Equity" figure for a requested property is generally provided to the requesting agent within 30 minutes or less. This service is provided free of any cost to Florida NSS agents. It allows them the ability to quickly verify property taken as bail collateral and make better, informed and faster underwriting decisions.
